The TMD Channel Partner Program for Resellers is designed for Partners that sell Cisco products and services directly to end-users. These Partners are selected by TMD for their expertise in a variety of areas such as specializations, certifications, solution design, integration, implementation, network services, conferencing services, managed services, and other value added services.

 

Channel programs include TMD EOS service, partner rewards and incentives, rebate opportunities, cross certification and specialization opportunities. In addition, TMD offers business and partner development benefits such as: operations processes training, partner program support, Partner Portal 2.0 online tools, pre-sales support and post-sales support.

 

Cisco Gold/Silver Certified & Specialized Resellers

Service Provider Partners are firms that provide a total Cisco solution to customers, including network services, conferencing services and other value-added services. These Partners are selected by TMD for their total solution offering, network capabilities, and market credibility. TMD Partners of this category may include Cisco Gold and Silver Certified Partners, Managed Service Providers, Traditional TelePresence Specialists (legacy TANDBERG Partners), and IT resellers that offer branded network services.

 

Partners participating in these programs may also hold: (a) government agency or state procurement contracts (b) company branded professionally managed services offerings.

 

Cisco Premier/Select Certified Resellers focused on adding TelePresence to their collaboration offering – firms that integrate Cisco TelePresence products into end-to-end comprehensive solutions. These Partners are selected by TMD for their expertise in design, project management, systems integration and installation, pre-sales and post-sales support services. TMD Partners of this category may include IT Integrators, IP Network Service Providers, and select Telecom Value-Added Resellers.

 

The TMD Channel Partner Program for Resellers has three levels: ELITE Partners, PREFERRED Partners and CERTIFIED Partners. The level of Partnership is defined by the Partner’s technical expertise, commitment to TMD and focus on market development. Discounts on Cisco products increase with the level of Partnership.

 

ELITE is the highest level of TMD Partnership. Our ELITE Partners are dedicated to TMD, lead with Cisco product offerings and have extensive knowledge of Cisco technology. ELITE Partners have on-staff dedicated Cisco certified resources to sell and support Cisco solutions. In addition, TMD ELITE Partners have joined in our commitment to grow the market of satisfied Collaboration customers.

 

PREFERRED Partners are known for their Voice expertise. PREFERRED Partners have on-staff Cisco certified resources to sell and support Cisco solutions. PREFERRED Partners offer a variety of value-added services.

 

CERTIFIED Partners have demonstrated a basic ability to integrate Cisco products into an overall solution and are required to sell TMD’S EOS support services to their end user customers. TMD CERTIFIED Partners are certified by Cisco, although they acquire Cisco product and receive support through Distribution.
